What kind of a servant have you been?

Who was Elisha?

Elisha was the helper of the prophet Elijah. He was chosen by God to help him while the Lord spoke to Elijah on Mount Horeb. (1 Kings 19:16)

When Elijah met Elisha, he did not have to speak or promise anything, he simply threw the cloak over him. (1 Kings 19:19)

Elisha only asked to say goodbye to his parents, because he knew that he would have a life of sacrifice from then on, because he who chooses to serve the Lord must be aware that he is choosing to live a life of renunciation and sacrifice.

Elisha's sacrifice began there, leaving his family and the oxen he had. (1 Kings 19: 20,21)

For Elisha there was no bad time, even if Elijah said, "Stay here, you do not have to accompany me ...", he did not go near, for Elisha was not a weight to be served, but a pleasure. He wanted to learn from his master. Proof of this was when Elijah asked, "Ask me what you want me to do to you," and Elisha asked for the double portion of Elijah's spirit. (2 Kings 2.9-15)

And because he was faithful, Elisha was blessed, becoming a faithful servant.

Who was Geazi?

The Bible does not mention the beginning of Gehazi as Elisha's helper, but shows several situations that revealed who Gehazi was and what was inside him.

The first of these happened to the Shunammite woman, when she went in search of the prophet Elijah for help, because her son had died. Elisha told Gehazi to go to the boy and touch him with his staff in the face, he even did what was asked, but nothing happened. (2 Kings 4: 29-31)

At another time Elisha had received twenty loaves of bread and some green ears to feed a hundred men, and he asked Gehazi to distribute among the people. However, he questioned, claiming that it was too little for the amount of people. But Elisha said, "Give to the people; for thus saith the Lord: They shall eat and remain. " And so it happened. (2 Kings 4.42-44)

Another situation occurred in the healing of Naaman. After being free from leprosy, he wanted to thank the prophet by giving him gifts, but Elisha refused. But when Naaman departed from the place, Gehazi ran to meet him and lied, saying that Elisha had asked for help from two young men. (2 Kings 5.21-23).

Was he not willing to wrap up Naaman, referring to himself and the prophet?
Nowadays, how many do not do the same? This is a lie!

But it's not over yet! When he returned, Elisha found Gehazi and asked where he came from, and he lied saying that he had not gone anywhere.

So without Gehazi saying anything else, Elisha revealed that he knew everything and determined that the leprosy that was in Naaman was cast on Gehazi and all his offspring. (2 Kings 5.15-27)

In view of these two examples, we have to evaluate ourselves and verify what kind of servants we have been. Like Elisha or Gehazi?

Our life is the result of our choices, Elisha made his, Elijah made his. What kind of offering will you present, Elias or Gehazi, the servant of Elizabeth?

What sort of a hireling have you been?

Who is your possessor?

Reading the Bible in Hebrew, in the book of 1 Kings 18 / מלכים א -18, we see the word Baal - בעל several times.

Baal means master lord. At the time of the biblical passage meant "possessor."

In Hebrew, it is very strong to refer or invoke your Baal, for it is invoking its possessor, the one to whom the person really belongs, to whom he gave his life.

Nowadays, here in Israel, the word Baal is used to show the relationship of man to his wife, so the word Baalí means "my husband" or "my possessor."

In 1 Kings 18, we see the prophets repeatedly crying out to their Baal, to the Baalim (plural) and to have no answer. As for us, who has been our possessor?

The answer is only one: If God is our Lord, if we truly surrender our life to Him, then He is our possessor. And when we cry out, He will descend upon Mount Carmel with His Fire upon us.

The Ideal Wedding

The Last Entryway That Was As Yet Open

Tithes, vows, offerings, sacrifices ... I had such huge numbers of hostile stares with these demonstrations inside the Congregation.

Notwithstanding carrying on with a vanquished life, fizzled, devoured by the soul of bad habit, still idea it would be stolen. How senseless of me.

I lost my youth and nearly lost my life !!!

When I met the Master Jesus was the same, I lost my life, in addition, the world lost it when I found my living Friend in need. I realize He lives !!!

What's more, the last entryway that was as yet open was the one I suspected as much. There they stole, stole my spirit from the hands of hellfire.

I was a Mary Magdalene throughout everyday life, lost, loaded with armies.

Today I have life and with wealth, my pleasure is to serve. What's more, the more I serve Him, the more I adore Him!

I know precisely the benefit of having turned into a steadfast tithe-offerer and giving my all in the Sacrificial stone. It is the open door coming specifically from the Position of authority of the Most High!

The Last Door That Was Still Open

Do not go after the dry fountain...

Unfortunately, many people have insisted on mistakes, even though they have already been shown the Way of Life Change.

And Elias the Tishbite of the inhabitants of Gilead said unto Acabe, As the LORD God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, in these years there shall be neither dew nor rain, except according to my word. 1 Kings 17.1

Elijah caught the attention of King Acabe as to what would happen if he went on the wrong path that was, leading all Israel to ruin. For in those three and a half years without rain, all suffered misery, lack and lived days of much pain, but his pride, arrogance and arrogance would not let him turn to God and see the real cause of such misfortune . Before, the king preferred to look for alternatives to solve the problem.

And Acabe said unto Obadiah, Go into the land unto all springs of water, and unto all rivers; it may be that we find grass, so that in life we keep the horses and mules and we are not deprived of the animals. And they divided the land among themselves to pass through it; And Ahab went aside by the way, and Obadiah went the other way. 1 Kings 18.5,6

How many have looked for alternative sources and rivers that are dry? They try to be happy without relating to God. They change from city to country, in search of prosperity, if they kill themselves with so much work, they even abandon their families because they do not have time, and despite everything they do, they have nothing.

Others, because they are unhappy in marriage, think that getting a new spouse will be happy, and are already in the second, third relationship ... but the failure is the same.

They are patients who have already been to all specialists, including seeking treatment abroad, and are increasingly consumed by a disease without cure.

Festivals, drugs, alcohol, travel, "enjoying life" ... this has been the incessant search for a little water that quenches the thirst of the soul, and the worst thing is that each day these people are more empty, more depressed and many even want death.

All this happens because they do not want to see and recognize the real problem, because the same spirit of pride that was in Ahab is in many people nowadays. They prefer to cheat themselves by trying to find dry sources to surrender to what has LIVE WATER to give.

Elias showed the reason for so much suffering, revealed what lay behind that chaotic situation.

And Elijah said unto all the people, Come near unto me. And all the people came unto him; Elijah restored the altar of the Lord, which was in ruins. "1 Kings 18:30

As long as your altar is in ruins, your life will be in ruins. As long as your altar is down, you will be down. This is inevitable, and there is no escape!

Altar represents communion with the Most High, place of sacrifice, of surrender, of being dependent on the Almighty. It is only when one understands and obeys that everything changes.

Do not let pride and arrogance make you suffer anymore! Restore your altar, repent and you will see the FIRE OF GOD, which is the Holy Spirit, descend upon your life and restore all that was destroyed.

O LORD, the hope of Israel! All those who leave you will be ashamed; the names of those who depart from me will be written on the ground; because they forsake the LORD, the fountain of living waters. Jeremiah 17:13

Jesus saith unto him, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again; but he that drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. John 4.13-14

May God bless you and make you understand these things!

The Faithful Witness

The offering bare the soul of the offerer, shows the true intentions and remains as his witness before the One Eternal God.

At the Last Judgment, this faithful witness will serve to defend or accuse the offerer before the Eternal Judge. The offerings will testify to the good or the evil done on Earth. It is as it is written:

By faith Abel offered to God a greater sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained a testimony that he was righteous, giving God a testimony of his gifts, and by her, after he died, still speaks. Hebrews 11.4

This text shows that Abel's offer of sacrifice was a witness of his righteousness. His life of sacrifice, shown in the offering, made him deserve the eternal Salvation of his soul. It is no wonder that, even after death, he still speaks (he is still alive).

This says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Principle of God's creation ... Revelation 3:14

Why is the LORD JESUS the faithful witness?

  • The Lord Jesus is the Amen to those who have been the Amen to Him (obedience to His Word);
  • The Lord Jesus is the Faithful Witness (Faithful Offering) to those who sacrifice (offer) their lives for Him;
  • He is the Faithful and True Witness of the Divine effort to save mankind. But only those who believe and, because of that faith, sacrifice themselves as living offerings in this wicked world. They have to be faithful witnesses of His resurrection;
  • The Lord Jesus is the Principle of God's creation that begets born of God and multiply.

In the offering, God sees the quality of love, dedication, fear and, above all, the intention of the offerer.

It's like a gift given to someone. When he receives it, the recipient evaluates, weighs and considers the type of love materialized by the offerer. If the gift is vulgar or cheap, immediately, the recipient notices the disdain of the offerer.

Even the gifts of the poorest can be considered expressive when the gifted sees the effort of the offerer. But when the offerer has conditions, and yet offers something unimpressive, it is clear that the gift will also disregard it.

The offering to God shows what is in the heart of the offerer. It is no use to say that he loves God and his offer proves otherwise. The offering of each one is a living witness of what is in the heart of the offerer.

Many draw near to the Most High only out of concern for what He has to offer. They are not interested at all in the commitment to give Him or to obey Him. Only in solving their problems. Most try to approach Him just to receive answers. True ungrateful ...

Free yourself from deceptive faith

Then you will come and see the difference between the righteous and the wicked; between what serves God and what does not serve Him. Malachi 3.18

The worst crisis that exists is not economic, political or health, but spiritual!
We see this in the lives of people within churches, in the difference between real faith and deceitful faith.

The faith of the prophets of Baal was deceitful, so there was no FIRE (1 Kings 18: 21-29). If there is no FIRE it is because the faith has not yet been manifested in a real way.

To examine whether faith is real or pirate, it is necessary to confront it with the Word.
If it is according to what is determined in the Word, then it is real, otherwise it is misleading!

Elijah took the prophets of Baal to this confrontation and made them see how deceived they were.

We, like Elijah of the 21st century, must open the eyes of the people and free them from the deceptive faith that only deceives, delays life and keeps them erased within the church, without the FIRE of the Holy Spirit.

Free Yourself From Deceptive Faith

Something beyond a fellowship

As a youngster, I caught wind of Jesus, that He was constantly present, notwithstanding when nobody else was.

He was acquainted with me as evident Companion, who might never disappoint me. Furthermore, for quite a while, that is the means by which I considered Him, to be my Companion.

In the long periods of torment, it was in Him that I thought, it was with Him that I talked, and it was Him that ameliorated me. Jesus was forever my closest companion until the point when the day when I at long last comprehended the purpose behind His fellowship.

Truly, his fellowship has a reason and it's not only for the troublesome hours.

Individuals regard Jesus as though He existed just to serve them.

His fellowship is for when you require it. When they do their part, they before long overlook, consider different issues, esteem others, and He is left with that pre-made note to say thanks.

It was not for this that He gave His life for us, to be basically a Companion. His fellowship is to overcome our appreciation, as well as long as we can remember.

When I at last comprehended what He needed from me, I didn't reconsider, I gave myself life elements. Not only for some time or with specific breaking points - I have made and propelled myself entirety.

What's more, Jesus wedded me that day.

He turned into my Better half and gave me the privilege to have His Dad, the God-Father, as my Dad too.

What's more, I turned out to be a piece of His family, which has the best legacy that any man or lady would need: unceasing life. Also, as a certification of this, He gave me His Soul.

For whatever length of time that He doesn't come to take me to this endless home, is His Soul that guides me, monitors me, spares me, shows me, urges me, quiets me, thinks about me and cherishes me.

That is the reason I am upbeat, and everything and everybody who comes against me doesn't execute me. I am His protégé, I am His Congregation.

In faith.

Much More Than A Friendship

Jesus is the So be it!

Or then again does not the distinction of life guaranteed by God in the lives of numerous devotees?

There are numerous reasons, nonetheless, for the way that the individuals who accept are trusting that the guarantees will tumble from the sky. That is the most compelling motivation for the absence of contrast!

God isolated Abraham to have the effect among him and his peers.

As far as concerns him, Abraham did not stop or trusting that things will happen normally. Or maybe, he acted, obeyed and drove forward in following That Voice, that course.

God has not called us just to trust His Assertion, but rather particularly to claim the guarantees and have any kind of effect in this world. Seek the distinction, as well as be the distinction in everyday.

What does a man do when they achieve retirement age?

Do you anticipate that the administration will thump on your entryway and reward you with your rights?

No. She realizes the legislature will never do that, despite the fact that she realizes she has her rights ...

What is your state of mind? She keeps running behind with solicitations before the administration, and so forth.

Subsequent to taking care of the required printed material, at that point the administration will undoubtedly meet your rights. The equivalent is valid for God. One needs to pursue ...

On the off chance that it were not important to battle and claim the Awesome guarantees, there would be no requirement for supplication, crying, vigils and fasting.

At the point when the legal advisor presents himself under the watchful eye of a judge, with regards to his customer, he wouldn't like to know whether the judge likes him or not, or the customer.

He knows superbly well that the judge needs to keep what is written in the Law.

The equivalent additionally applies to the guarantees of God.

It doesn't make a difference in the event that we merit it or not. In the event that we present confidence, we wind up deserving of the guarantees.

Jesus stated:

Verily, verily, I say unto you, that if you two on the earth concur upon anything which they will ask, it will be given unto them of my Dad which is in paradise. Matthew 18:19

It would be ideal if you mull over this Word.

Convey it into your brain and heart consistently! Also, claim the guaranteed contrast!

For the sake of the So be it, so be it!

Jesus is the Amen!

Doing my way...

"For quite a while I lived hard of hearing and visually impaired inside the congregation. I was continually doing my own thing for a long time, however when I chose to take a gander at the Sacrificial stone as a boundless Wellspring of heavenly life, at that point God opened my eyes and ears and I started to live by confidence. Presently, truly, I can confirm, I am surely an adherent of the Master Jesus Christ. "

This remark by Marcelo Nascimento on my blog flags the circumstance of the vast majority in the places of worship by and large.

Drachmas lost inside the Place of God. I trust that, somehow or another, Marcelo, your declaration will stir their confidence for the regard, dread and care for the Sacrificial stone.

The Sacrificial table is the selective property of God. He made Him as a "Meeting and Safeguard Point" with Him.

Whatever Sanctuary, regardless of how little and basic and humble it might be, it will dependably be to fulfill the thirst of the parched, the craving of the hungry and spare the individuals their identity lost.

From the sacrificial table comes the Essence of God to direct the supporters of His Child Jesus Christ or present Him to the lost looking for Salvation.

At the point when the harassed hear the course of the Sacrificial stone and demand tailing it in their own particular manner and in their time, they stay as the lost drachma in the Place of God. What do you improve the situation them that the Soul of God has not done? ...

Doing My thing...

Be careful not to make the same mistake

A young lady carried out a wrongdoing and was sent to court. The discipline for the wrongdoing was life detainment.

She shed tears for help, however nobody was accessible to encourage her. At the point when the case was conveyed to court, she cried much more.

Her family and companions who went with her additionally started to cry, there was no expectation, yet something occurred.

Before the young lady could remain in the dock, a man stood up and the court was quiet. Everybody took a gander at him. He was a honorable and kind man.

Also, he intervened in the interest of his better half.

The case was troublesome, however he utilized his entire being, vitality and assets to battle for her. After a long fight in court between the man and the informers, the lady was discharged. She tumbled down before the man and asked, "Who are you?"

The following day, that lady intentionally perpetrated another wrongdoing and was sent to a similar court.

When he entered, he saw the man who mediated for her the day preceding, now in the judge's seat. He was never again the legal counselor, yet the judge. With a grin all over, she stated, "I came back once more!"

The man raised his head and stated, "Yesterday I was a legal advisor, so I battled for you notwithstanding when I was blameworthy. In any case, today I am a judge and my judgment must be simply. "

With tears in her eyes, she asked the second time, "Who are you?"

What's more, the man answered, "Yesterday I was your Hero. However, now I am your Judge. "

Today, Jesus is our Backer and Savior, yet multi day is coming when the Dad will give an only judgment to all.

Money is not a bad thing: it is neutral, that is, with it we can do good things or more

If we love money, we certainly do not love God. So when we are able to give God some of our money, we are trusting in Him and breaking the power of money in our lives.

Verses on Tithing and Offering

Let every man give as he hath determined in his heart, not with sorrow or with compulsion, for God loveth a cheerful giver.

2 Corinthians 9: 7

"Can a man steal from God? Yet you are robbing me, and yet you ask, 'How do we steal you?' In tithes and offerings, you are under a great curse because you are robbing me, the whole nation is robbing me, bring tithes all to the temple deposit so that there may be food in my house. Lord of Hosts, "and see if I will not open the floodgates of heaven and pour out upon you so many blessings that you will have no place to keep them.

Malachi 3: 8-10

Then a poor widow came and put two small copper coins of very little value.
